The service
KeepPixels is a free website that converts and compresses images. The processing runs in your browser on your own device. You don’t need an account and there are no paid plans.
Your files and your responsibility
Your images stay with you, and so do the rights to them. Only convert images that you are allowed to use. Because we never receive your files, we cannot check, recover or delete them for you – keep your originals until you have checked the results.
No guarantee
We work hard to make conversions accurate and reliable, but the service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Check important files before you rely on them.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In all other cases, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damage arising from the use of this free service. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Fair use of the site
Don’t try to disrupt the website, overload it with automated requests or misuse it for illegal purposes. Linking to KeepPixels and recommending it is very welcome.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. The date of the latest version is shown at the bottom of this page.
