Why KeepPixels
Private by design
Most online converters send your pictures to a server, process them there and promise to delete them later. KeepPixels works differently: the converter runs in your browser, so your photos are never transmitted. You don’t have to trust a deletion policy, because there’s nothing to delete.
No artificial limits

Built for real phone photos
iPhone photos are tricky: they store the rotation separately, use the wider Display P3 colour space and carry your GPS location. KeepPixels saves them upright, keeps the colours accurate and removes the location by default.
How it works
When you add a photo, your browser downloads a small converter (once) and runs it in the background, on your device’s own processor. The result is created locally and saved straight to your downloads. That’s also why KeepPixels is quick: there’s no upload and no queue on someone else’s server.
